Holistic Pelvic Care™ (HPC) is an intravaginal massage that utilizes myofascial trigger point release and breath work with the goal of balancing the muscle tone of the pelvic floor and reconnecting the woman with her center. Minor surgery is a fairly routine service, and can include procedures such as skin, endometrial & vulvar biopsies, mole & cyst removal, cryosurgery (freezing off warts and lesions), toenail surgeries, circumcision, and frenotomy, amongst many others.

For your comfort and convenience, our minor surgeries & procedures are performed by practitioners in our clinics, and you can expect to return home on the same day.

We use a form of electro-acupuncture testing to measure an individual’s change in skin resistance when exposed to potential allergens or sensitivities. She believes it to be more clinically accurate than other types of testing and recommends it for patients who have been diagnosed with autoimmune diseases like fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, and Cushing’s syndrome as well as for patients who have more obvious allergy symptoms. It is often very useful in identifying food sensitivities in people with skin and gastrointestinal disorders. What is CIMT Testing?

Carotid IM Thickness (CIMT) testing is a completely non-invasive, simple ultrasound performed by Dr. Seth Burrell. Your health history may indicate the need for a full cardiac auscultation (assessment of heart sounds) and a measurement of jugular venous pressure at the time of the procedure.

After the test, you will receive a full report including:

• Your “Vascular Age” and cardiovascular risk profile

• Reporting of carotid plaques, if present

• Report of pathology of the thyroid gland if present

• Recommendations on how to reduce your risk

Why is it so useful?

• Prevention: a new cardiovascular test to effectively and efficiently identify asymptomatic cardiovascular disease.

• Prediction: predicts the lifetime risk of heart attack and stroke better than traditional risk factors such as cholesterol.
