Directions to the Clinic

Heading East on US-26, take exit 71, Sylvan Rd. At the end of the off ramp, turn left at the light, go over the overpass and then left again at the next light; it will look like you are about to get back on US-26 headed west. At the split, stay left to go under the highway overpass onto Canyon Road. At the first light, turn Right and then take your first left arriving at Canyon Medical Center.

Heading West on US-26, take exit 71A Canyon Rd. Keep left under the highway overpass to merge onto Canyon Road. At the first light, turn Right and take your first left arriving at Canyon Medical Center.

Heading North on OR-217, merge onto US-26 eastbound and take exit 71, Sylvan Rd. At the end of the off ramp, turn left at the light, go over the overpass and then left again at the next light; it will look like you are about to get back on US-26 headed west. At the split, stay left to go under the highway overpass onto Canyon Road. At the first light, turn Right and then take your first left arriving at Canyon Medical Center.

Heading South on I-5, take I-405 south and then US-26 west. Take exit 71A Canyon Rd. Keep left under the highway overpass to merge onto Canyon Road. At the first light, turn Right and take your first left arriving at Canyon Medical Center.
